Our policies have been put in place to ensure you, our community, are able to attend classes as conveniently as possible.

Please be mindful that all class bookings are self-managed via the Mindbody App or our website.

Here's some things to remember when booking:

Class Cancellations
We have an 8 Hour Cancellation Window – which means any cancellations within 8 hours prior will result in forfeiting your class. A Late Cancellation Fee of $5 may also apply. (This applies for rescheduling classes within the 8 Hour Window too).

Booking Cancellations must be done via the Mindbody APP or website - we do not accept cancellations via social media DM, text, phone or email.

Please be mindful when making your bookings - don't book ahead just to "save" a space, please only book when you are sure you can come, as a courtesy to others.

Early Cancel as soon as you know you can't make it. We understand things can change but we ask that you cancel your session as soon as you know you can't make it to class.

No Shows
It’s the most disappointing thing to see empty beds for a waitlisted class, and we know YOU feel frustrated by it too.

To ensure we can continue to give everyone an opportunity to attend, if you do not come to your session you will forfeit your pass and a $10 no show fee applies to Weekly Members.

We really hate to do this, so please help us by cancelling if you cannot attend.

Lock Out Policy
For your own safety, and to minimise class disruption, if you are more than 5 minutes late we cannot allow you to join the class. If you are running late your class may also be given to a stand-by client.

WAITLISTS
Jump on the waitlists, they DO move!

Once you’re on a waitlist you will be automatically moved into a class as a spot becomes available. This can happen at any time, up until an hour before class. Again, if you can’t make it you need to take yourself off the waitlist, because once you’ve been moved into the class the Late Cancellation and No Show Policy applies.

If you are on a package, please make sure the number of classes you’ve booked vs waitlisted add up to your package credits or casual class rates will be applied.

Remember all bookings are self-managed and it is your own responsibility to check classes you have been booked into.

Also keep an eye out 1-3 hours prior to the class time as often there will become a space available and you'll be able to just book on the spot.

Email Notifications
All our communications are done via EMAIL. Please make sure you have email notifications switched on (via the Mindbody App) and double-check that our emails are not ending up in your spam folder.

Group Classes

Our classes are for people aged 16 years and over. Children/babies can only attend Mums, Bubs & Bumps classes.

Group Classes at our Westmeadows and Point Cook Studios are female only.

Please also note that each class pack and membership only allows for one booking per day. We recommend consistency in attending classes, and therefore don’t recommend multiple classes per day - Pilates is about building a lifestyle and enjoying movement, not burning yourself out.
