Class Types

Reformer Pilates is everything we do! We are super passionate about mindful movement, and we pride ourselves on delivering the very best classes!

As a boutique Reformer Pilates studio we keep our classes small (10-12 people per class) so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

We offer:

  • Group Reformer Pilates Classes (for all fitness levels)

  • Mums, Bubs & Bumps

  • Pregnant Friendly Classes (PF)

  • Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions

  • Private Group Sessions

All classes are designed with our signature principles of Flex (to build strength) & Flow (core conditioning and endurance) through movement and alignment using the reformer. And delivered by a highly qualified team of passionate Pilates teachers.


Reformer FLEX

Our Flex classes are a complete full body workout on the reformer that tones, lengthens and strengthens your body!

This class is a fusion of dynamic and classical Pilates exercises, incorporating a range of Pilates props.

This is an open-level class that is suitable for all fitness levels as modifications are offered in each class.

Reformer Flex (PF) is our pregnancy friendly Reformer Pilates class and is open to everyone.

  • IF you are pregnant you can join our regular Reformer Flex classes up until your 16 week milestone, after which only PF classes are recommended. Please see below for full description.


Reformer FIT (CARDIO)

Our Reformer Fit class is dynamic cardio-style Pilates workout that will challenge you and make you sweat!

With the addition of the JUMP board, we incorporate faster paced movements with continuous flows , this class is great for building strength, endurance and getting fitter!

Expect non-stop flows, and non-stop fun!

This is an intermediate class and not suitable for beginners or anyone with injuries. We recommend attending at least 5 FLEX classes before booking into this class.

Stretch & Lengthen

A class dedicated to stretching & lengthening the body through a range of Pilates exercises and stretches on the reformer.

This class is slow-paced giving you the time to really connect with your breath and body.

Perfect for recovery, particularly if you're feeling a bit tight or sore. And great for improving overall flexibility.


FOR Mums + Mums-to-be

Mums, Bubs & Bumps

This class is tailored for new mums, mums-to-be, and mums with little ones who find it hard to get to a class alone.

These classes are specially programmed for pre & post-natal women to help improve strength and mobility by working through Pilates exercises at a gentle pace.

  • If you are pregnant a doctor’s clearance letter is needed to participate in our classes.

  • Children of all ages are welcome to attend, but must stay seated next to mum throughout the session

  • Bring along whatever you need to help bubs feel comfortable e.g toys, play mats, bouncers. Prams are welcome too!

Reformer Flex (PF)

The PF (pregnant friendly) version of our Flex class is specifically programmed around the needs of our pregnant members. We have already omitted all exercises that should be avoided during pregnancy, and added in exercises that will help keep you strong ,fit and prepared for labour and beyond. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy!

  • If you are pregnant a doctor’s clearance letter is needed to participate in our classes.

  • Once you have reached your 16 week milestone please only attend classes marked with PF or Mums, Bubs & Bumps.
