Expressions of Interest - Reformer Pilates Teachers

We are currently looking for teachers to join us at our Reservoir studio (Friday evenings). We are also looking for teachers to join our COVER CREW.

We want to hear from dedicated and passionate Reformer Pilates Teachers who are ready to go above and beyond to deliver a 5-star experience - every time, for every person who walks through our doors.

At Flex & Flow we teach with heart, and high standards. We are passionate about mindful moving, and helping women of all backgrounds feel seen, safe and successful in each and every class!

Whether you're looking for regular class blocks or opportunities to grow your teaching career in a supportive, driven studio environment — this could be the perfect next step for you.

To be considered, you must:

  • Have completed a full Pilates qualification

  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience teaching in a studio environment

  • Be available to teach at least twice a week

  • Have attended at least one class at Flex & Flow Pilates Studio

  • Available to teach at more than one location is a bonus!
