Expressions of Interest - Reformer Pilates Teachers

Thanks for your interest in teaching at our studios!

We are currently looking for teachers for our Altona North and Westmeadows studios, who are available on Friday nights and/or flexible regular cover opportunities.

We’re looking for teachers who:

• Create inclusive, welcoming, empowering class experiences

• Value growth, learning, and being part of a high-performing team

• Take pride in consistency, professionalism, and clear communication

• Want to make every woman feel safe, successful, and seen

To be considered, you must:

• Have completed a full Pilates qualification

• Have a minimum of 6 months experience teaching in a studio environment

• Be available to teach at least twice a week

• Have attended at least two classes at Flex & Flow Pilates Studio

• Available to teach at more than one location is a bonus!
