Casual Administration Assistant (Friday & Saturday) – Flex & Flow Pilates Studio
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and driven Casual Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our studio. This role will begin with casual hours on Fridays and Saturdays, with potential to expand.
Perfect for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, has a keen eye for detail, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about fostering a strong and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via email, in person, and on the phone, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all clients.
Manage client accounts and assist with bookings, inquiries, class schedules, payments, and cancellations.
Operate booking systems, direct debit, and payment platforms efficiently.
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to create a professional and inviting space.
Assist with emails, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Confidently create and manage email campaigns to engage with our community.
Support studio events and workshops to help foster a strong and inclusive community.
Have a basic understanding of Pilates and its benefits to better assist clients.
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in an admin, reception, or customer service role
Familiarity with our booking system Mindbody (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail – including accuracy in grammar, written communication, and verbal communication
A friendly and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An interest in Pilates, wellness, or movement
