Studio Support and Administration Assistant
About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated, organised and customer-focused Studio Support & Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our studios.
This is a casual, deliverables-based role rather than a set-hours position, with workload and hours varying according to the needs of the business.
You will need to be available for approximately 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, has a keen eye for detail, communicates clearly and professionally, and genuinely cares about creating a welcoming, supportive and inclusive experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone and in person, ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported.
Manage client accounts and assist with bookings, enquiries, class schedules, payments and cancellations.
Confidently operate booking, direct debit and payment systems.
Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation and organisation to ensure a professional and inviting environment.
Assist with emails, data entry and general administrative tasks.
Create and manage email campaigns to communicate with and engage our community.
Assist with studio events, workshops and community initiatives.
Develop a basic understanding of Pilates and its benefits to confidently support and assist clients.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our studios.
Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role.
Familiarity with Mindbody or a similar booking management system is preferred.
Confident using a range of digital systems, including Google Workspace and Canva.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including strong grammar and written and verbal communication.
A warm, friendly and professional communication style.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
A genuine interest in Pilates, wellness and movement.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of your responsibilities.

Location & Hours
This is a hybrid role with flexible work arrangements, including working across our four studio locations and remotely.
Approx. 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as business needs grow.
