Our special Mother’s Day Sound bath x Reformer event is a beautiful opportunity to share with your mum, or to simply honour yourself. Slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and nourished. 💚

🧘🏽‍♀️ The afternoon will begin with a 30-minute guided, gentle reformer flow to release tension and reconnect with your body – led by our lovely, Anastasia.

Then settle into a 60-minute immersive sound bath, combined with breathwork and a heart-opening cacao ceremony – led by Aysh from Soma x Soul – designed to calm your nervous system and bring you into deep rest. 🍵

[PLUS] each attendee will receive a take-home Mother’s Day cookie 🍪
